Staff application shell and dashboard

Frames for Screen A (Sign-in), Screen B (Application shell), the shared patterns PAT-LIST, PAT-RECORD and PAT-REVIEW, Screen C (Staff Dashboard), Screen D (Mobile Dashboard) and Screen E (Reminder settings). Each frame is named <screen id> · <state> and carries its requirement refs, OPEN: questions (README numbering) and REQ: notes where a Software Factory requirement overrode the brief. Example data is the shared set from the README; today is 2026-10-16.

Two ways to read the board. In board mode every frame is stacked and links scroll to the related frame. In prototype mode one frame fills the view and every control swaps the frame in place, so the flows can be clicked through end to end. Start from "Play a flow" in the index or "Play from here" on any frame; Esc returns to the board. Disabled actions name their missing permission on hover, focus or click.
